Chapel is a time of worship and fellowship for the entire Ozark family, including students, faculty and staff. Students are expected to attend every Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. The chapel attendance policy for students is located in the OCC catalog, pages 106-107.  A typical chapel service provides opportunities for students to assist in leading worship, technical assistance, give through chapel offerings to various organizations and ministries, hear dynamic and practical messages from guest speakers and other faculty members, and stay informed about what is happening on and through the Ozark community.

Life Groups normally meet every Thursday at 10:00 a.m.  These small groups are facilitated by OCC staff, faculty and upperclassmen. Weekly meetings offer students Christian accountability, community, friendship and fun.

The OCC Worship Department provides a wide range of opportunities in which the student body can participate: choirs, orchestras, praise bands, huge productions, and piano, voice, and guitar instruction. Student recitals, special concerts, and field trips (opera, jazz, symphony, contemporary Christian artists) transport students to a new worship setting. Churches all over the Four-State area search for student praise and worship leaders. Contact the Worship Department at 417-626-1234 x2400 or to get involved!

OCC's traveling worship team, Frontline, leads at youth conferences, churches, and conventions across the country through out the school year as well as during a summer tour.
