Address Corrections

This Address Corrections form allows you to view your various contact addresses that OCC has on file and make changes to them as necessary.  Any recent changes that may have been submitted online will take some time to be refreshed on this web portal.

NAME CHANGES may be done through the Registrar's Office.  The Address/Name Change Form is available at occ.edu/registrar. The Address/Name Change Form along with documentation must be faxed, mailed, or hand-delivered to the Registrar's office. It cannot be accepted by email.

Transfer hours

As of April 14, 2015, your OCC transcript will exclude transfer hours that do not apply to your degree. (Up to an additional 9 hours of general electives may show to accommodate degree and or major changes.) Transfer hours that do not meet your degree requirement will be removed from your transcript. These changes may impact your transfer and career GPA and change your class status (freshman, sophomore, etc.). This change will accurately reflect your class status, SAP, and allow for correct financial aid awards. If you have any questions, please contact Chad Ragsdale, Academic Dean.
